Shorty’s Marinade

Use on fish, wings, liver, chicken, cutlets, etc.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 ounce red hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Shorty’s Spice

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients well
  2. Marinade fish, wings, liver, chicken, cutlets, etc., 4 to 8 hours
  3. Drip off excess liquid and coat with Shorty’s Shake & Bake / Fry OR Shorty’s Batter Mix
  4. Bake or Deep Fry
