Shorty’s Marinade
Use on fish, wings, liver, chicken, cutlets, etc.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 ounce red hot pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon Shorty’s Spice
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients well
- Marinade fish, wings, liver, chicken, cutlets, etc., 4 to 8 hours
- Drip off excess liquid and coat with Shorty’s Shake & Bake / Fry OR Shorty’s Batter Mix
- Bake or Deep Fry
