Shorty’s Salmon Glaze
Ingredients:
Marinade
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Original Shorty’s Spice (or to taste)
Sauce
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1/2 cup seedless grapes
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup yogurt
Directions:
Marinade
- Mix well
- Let Marinade for 1 hour
- Bake, Fry or Grill
Sauce
- Blend mint leaves, green onions, seedless grapes, lime zest and lime juice
- Add Maynonaise and yogurt, mix well
- Pour over Salmon
