Shorty’s Salmon Glaze

Ingredients:

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Original Shorty’s Spice (or to taste)

Sauce

  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1/2 cup seedless grapes
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup yogurt

Directions:

Marinade

  1. Mix well
  2. Let Marinade for 1 hour
  3. Bake, Fry or Grill

Sauce

  1. Blend mint leaves, green onions, seedless grapes, lime zest and lime juice
  2. Add Maynonaise and yogurt, mix well
  3. Pour over Salmon
