Shorty’s Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients:

  • Shorty’s Spice – Original Recipe to taste
  • Fresh pumpkin seeds
  • Olive oil – drizzled

Directions:

  1. Rinse pumpkin seeds in a colander under cold water, removing all pumpkin flesh.
  2. Spread the seeds onto a baking sheet, cover with olive oil and sprinkle b>Shorty’s Spice – Original Recipe to taste.
  3. Bake at 300°F for 30min – 40min, until golden brown. At the halfway mark, mix seeds around and continue to bake.
