Shorty’s Roasted Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Shorty’s Spice – Original Recipe
- 1 medium/large spaghetti squash
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup of water
- 1 lbs ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 6 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 bell pepper (red, green, yellow or orange)
Directions:
- Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise, deseed, coat in vegetable oil, sprinkle Shorty’s Spice – Original Recipe all over the squash.
- Place face down on a baking sheet, and add a cup of water.
- Bake at 375°F for 40 – 50min
- While the squash is baking, in a non stick frying pan, fry all ingredients until cooked.
- Once the meat is cooked, add your choice of pasta sauce, and let simmer until hot.
- Once squash is cooked, plate it, add sauce and enjoy.
